Helplessly I roam these deserted planes, what I seek is unknown
Overwhelmed by anxious desperation to reach some sort of civilization
Some kind of sign from some kind of life
As I wander I become one with my mind, reality distorts the truth from lies
Becoming overwrought, bewildered by my clouded thoughts inside my mind
Vivid hallucinations overtake my self-awareness and break my will to decipher this mess
Reality unrecognizable, my senses no longer reliable
I see a silhouette of a monolith on the horizon, it beckons me
uncontrollably, I approach, mesmerized I realize it is a totem so divine
Enthralled by its aura, it has captivated my mind
I know my purpose is to serve this totem and give to it my life

Since Spenser Moore replaced Blackburn I’ve frankly appreciated Inferi far more. I feel that his drumming improves the overall sound of the band a great deal, but it’s probably just a personal style preference. Either way, Of Sunless Realms was a great foreshadowing of the epic Vile Genesis.
